Introduction

Crebos Nederland BV (hereinafter referred to as: ‘Crebos’) is strongly committed towards protecting the privacy and confidentiality of your personal data. Personal data is processed and secured by us in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as: ‘GDPR’). In this privacy statement you can find information about our use of your personal data. It explains what personal data is collected and processed, for which purposes, on what grounds, for how long we store your personal data, what your rights are in this regard and how to contact us. We reserve the right to change this privacy statement. Changes will be published on the Mentorcalls (web)application (hereinafter referred to as: ‘Application’).

Responsibility data controller

Crebos is a company incorporated in the Netherlands with its head office is located at Noordeinde 42, (3201 AL) Spijkenisse-Nissewaard. Crebos provides telephone calls with experienced and trusted advisers via the Application on smartphones, tablets, personal computers or other suitable devices. Crebos is registered with the Chamber of Commerce (hereinafter referred to as: ‘CofC’) under number 75741318.

Applicability of privacy statement

All services are deemed to have been assigned to Crebos only, regardless of any other intention. This shall also apply if it is the intention of the parties that services will be performed by Persons associated with Crebos. The effect of Sections 7:404, 7:407(2) and 7:409 of the Dutch Civil Code is excluded.

Article 4 – Duration telephone conversation

This privacy statement is valid for all who are involved with Crebos. We collect and store your personal data if you:

  • are a customer or potential customer of Crebos;
  • are a user of the Application;
  • are a recipient of e-mails and newsletters.
Legal basis

We may process personal data under the following conditions:

  • performance of contract;
    complying with legal obligations;
  • your consent;
  • legitimate interest in providing services to you as efficiently as possible.
Retention period

We will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy statement. This means that the data is kept for as long as is reasonably necessary to provide the service you have requested or to comply with our legal obligations.

Your rights

You can submit a request to exercise the rights mentioned below by sending an e-mail to info@mentorcalls.com. Please note that we may ask you to verify your identity in case you would make such a request. We try to answer these as soon as possible and aim to respond to your request within a month.

  • You have the right to request access to your personal data. This means that you can inspect which personal data has been registered about you and for what purposes that data is used;
  • You have the right to object to the use of your personal data, for instance if you believe that the use of your personal data is not necessary for the execution of our activities or to comply with a legal obligation;
  • You have the right to request rectification of your personal data in case you came to the conclusion that your personal data is not (or no longer) accurate. You can also ask us to limit the processing of your personal data. This also applies while we are reviewing your requests or objections;
  • You have the right to withdraw the consent you have given (if consent is the basis for processing your personal data) and to have the personal data removed from our systems;
  • You have the right to request us to transfer your personal data to another party;

In addition to the above rights, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (whose address is Prins Clauslaan 60, 2995 AJ The Hague, the Netherlands) if you are unsatisfied with the processing of your personal data by us, the handling of your request by us or if you have any other complaints.

Security

We take all reasonable, appropriate security measures to protect you against unauthorized access or alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal data. We comply with the applicable security standards. If, despite the security measures taken, there appears to be a security incident that is likely to have adverse consequences for your privacy, we will inform you about this incident as soon as possible. We also inform you about the measures we have taken to limit the consequences and prevent a recurrence in the future.
